An overshirt in name only, this piece from Junya Watanabe is for all intents and purposes more of a jacket than shirt. Constructed from a very jacket-like crisp nylon, there's plenty of design know-how and madness going-on—in the most Junya way.
The body features two zippered cargo pockets anatomically angled for better access, finished with a starkly contrasted black zipper. This mirrors the same hardware which features along the collar—hiding a packable hood within. With every sentence this is sounding more like a jacket...
The drawstring at the waistline allows for cinching in order to better style with the slightly cropped cut. The elbow patches are darted—because Junya. The only real shirt-like feature is the cut of the cuffs—secured by a single large black brace button.
